  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are FINAL. However if the order arrives damaged during shipment, please email me with photos of the damaged products and I'm happy to issue a replacement or refund.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    We don't offer exchange.

  • How long does shipping take?

    There is no tracking with the shipping so it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please keep in mind shipping may be delayed as well due to COVID-19.

  • Do you have discount codes?

    Sign up for our email list, you’ll receive a code! You’ll also be the first to know about our newest product launches, news, and promotions. You can enter the code at checkout.

  • What payment do you accept?

    We take all payments through Paypal.

  • What if I enter the wrong address?

    We are not responsible for errors on behalf of the customer's incorrect shipping address inputted. Please be sure to double-check when checking out that the shipping address is correct.
